I started Useful Human to offer dependable help with the kinds of tasks that pile up such as home repairs, yard cleanup, light fixes, odd jobs, and general care for your space.

I’ve been in Gainesville for over five years and have worked on a wide range of local properties, from private estates, to churches, to small homes. I bring a mechanical inclination that goes back to childhood, first fixing small engines, later spending time in shop class and the home workshop, and now putting that hands-on experience into practical property care.

I work solo, show up when I say I will, and keep things simple. Most of my clients just want someone they can trust to get things done without a lot of hassle. That’s what I aim to be.
